Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to enroll drivers and report their training as federal rules require, and we do not sell it. Dedicated ELDT Training is a trade name of Edwards Innovations LLC, doing business as Elite ELDT.
Information we collect

Our website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Like any website, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Who we share it with
- The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, through its Training Provider Registry, as federal law requires. State licensing agencies can then view the record.
- Service providers that help us run the business: our course platform provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email and data tools (Google). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- The buyer of a seat. When an employer buys a seat for a driver, we may share that driver’s enrollment, progress and completion status with that employer.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Federal rules require training providers to keep training records for at least three years after a driver completes training (49 CFR 380.725). We keep records for at least that long, and then delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose, for tax and accounting, or to resolve a dispute.
How we protect it
We limit access to the people and services that need it, and use secure, encrypted connections for our website and payments. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your information by emailing support@eldttraining.com. You can also ask us to delete it, though we cannot delete records we are legally required to keep.
Age
Our courses are for people training for a commercial driver’s license. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
