Terms of Use
Effective October 19, 2026
1. Who we are
Dedicated ELDT Training is a trade name of Edwards Innovations LLC, doing business as Elite ELDT, a Georgia limited liability company (“we,” “us”). Our mailing address is PO Box 36, Flowery Branch, GA 30542. You can reach us at support@eldttraining.com or 706-892-7550.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By buying a course, redeeming a seat code, or using any course materials, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you buy for a company, you confirm you are authorized to agree on its behalf, and “you” includes that company. If you do not agree, do not buy or use a course.
3. What we provide
We sell online Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) theory courses, delivered through a third-party learning platform. We are listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Training Provider Registry, and we report each driver’s completion to it.
Our courses cover theory instruction only. A theory course does not, by itself, qualify anyone for a commercial driver’s license. Behind-the-wheel training from a registered provider is also required for Class A and Class B, and every driver must still pass the state’s knowledge and skills tests.
Washington State. Our courses do not meet Washington’s additional training requirements, and we do not sell them for drivers licensed in Washington.
4. Purchases and seat codes
- Single seat. One purchase enrolls one driver in one course.
- Seat blocks. A block purchase issues one seat code per seat. The buyer may give each code to any driver until it is redeemed.
- Redeemed codes. Once a driver redeems a code, the seat belongs to that driver and cannot be moved to someone else.
- Expiration. Unused seat codes expire 12 months after purchase and have no cash value.
- Buyer’s responsibility. The buyer is responsible for keeping codes secure and handing them out. We are not responsible for codes lost, shared or used by someone the buyer did not intend.
5. Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on our website at the time of purchase. Payment is due at checkout and is processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store full card numbers. Access is granted after payment is received. You are responsible for any sales or similar taxes that apply.
If we agree to invoice an employer, payment is due by the date on the invoice. Late balances accrue a service charge of 3% per month, or the highest amount allowed by law, whichever is less.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: a refund is available within 24 hours of purchase only if the course has not been started. All other sales are final.
7. Our guarantees
Pass Guarantee. Our courses are mastery-based. When a driver misses a topic, the course returns them to it until they have learned it. A driver can keep working until they complete the course, with no fee to review or retake any part, as long as their course access is active.
Filing Guarantee. We submit each driver’s completion to the Training Provider Registry within one business day after they complete the course. This depends on the driver giving us complete, accurate information (Section 8). If a registry record has an error caused by us, we correct it promptly at no charge.
These are our only guarantees. We do not guarantee that a driver will pass a state knowledge or skills test, or that a state or employer will accept training for purposes beyond the federal ELDT requirement.
8. Driver information
To report a completion, federal rules require the driver’s legal name, date of birth, and driver’s license or learner’s permit number and issuing state. Each driver must give accurate information and must personally complete their own course. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
9. Using the course
Each seat is for one driver’s personal training. A driver may not share their login, let anyone else complete any part of the course for them, or use automated tools to complete it. You may not copy, record, resell, share or distribute course materials, or use them to build a competing product.
The course materials are owned by us or our suppliers. Buying a course gives you a limited right to use them for training; it does not transfer ownership.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or end access, without refund, if a driver shares access, has someone else complete their training, gives false identity information, or otherwise breaks these Terms. We may decline to report a completion we have reason to believe was not earned by the named driver.
11. Disclaimer
Except for the guarantees in Section 7, the courses and materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, even if warned of them. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The version posted on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Any dispute will be brought only in the state courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division.
